Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. We guarantee our books to be free of manufacturing defects. Missing items, incorrect shipments and defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date. This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through accident or misuse. We do not offer cash refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, we are happy to give you a credit toward the purchase of another item.

By providing images to us, you are providing a representation and warranty that you either (1) own the right to, or (2) have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use the image. You are responsible for obtaining the release prior to submitting the image for use on our products.
5. Liability
Creative Photobooks is not responsible for any damage caused by loss, deletion or alteration of images on this site. Customers are responsible for keeping their own copy of any image sent to this site. Creative Photobooks is not responsible for any damage caused to or loss of an original photo sent in the mail. However, we always make every effort to return your photo in the same condition it was sent. In the event a copyright holder asserts a claim against us based on a publication of an image you provide, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any such copyright claim, including the cost of defending the claim.
